This delay can range between a second up to a few seconds, and it&#8217;s absolutely frustrating.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fortunately, it&#8217;s also incredibly easy to solve:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Right-click the Start Button and choose <strong>Device Manager<\/strong>.<\/li><li>Expand <strong>Bluetooth<\/strong>.<\/li><li>Right-click your Bluetooth adapter and choose <strong>Properties<\/strong>.<\/li><li>Click the <strong>Power Management <\/strong>tab and uncheck the box that reads &#8220;Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power&#8221;<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"599\" height=\"682\" src=\"http:\/\/triplescomputers.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/bluetooth.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-545\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.triplescomputers.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/bluetooth.png 599w, https:\/\/www.triplescomputers.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/bluetooth-263x300.png 263w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 599px) 100vw, 599px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The power savings are minute at best anyway, and this should completely solve your problem.
